With just a little more patience and professionalism, our interaction could have gone much more smoothly. I worry that attitudes like this contribute to a negative atmosphere in restaurants, where the importance of professionalism seems to be fading. While it’s never acceptable for customers to be rude, service workers also need to maintain a standard of professionalism, no matter the situation. Overall, I would rate the cleanliness and food quality as four stars, but unfortunately, I will be avoiding this place in the future due to the unprofessional attitude I experienced.

The Family Festival has a decent selection, but they only seem to offer half portions for those ordering medium sizes. I recently ordered a meal and felt like I was shortchanged. I wouldn't recommend dining here.

I ordered the Sesame Honey Chicken but was given something different instead. I also ordered beef with broccoli, but there were only a few tiny pieces of beef. The portions keep getting smaller. Overall, I'm very unsatisfied.

Hit or Miss. But all in all decent, I always come back, so I think it's not terrible. No bad option if you are in the area

I like this chain there honey Walnut prawns are delicious. They have fast and friendly service and dining available. Big portions and some healthier options.
