The Pizza House - Hayward

4/6 as my fiance was placing our order. I was going into the men's restroom I witnessed a guy finished using the urinal and walked right out without washing his hands. I saw there was no soap after I went to wash my hands. Gross... When I caught up with fiance at the register I saw that same guy who walked out of the restroom sitting in the kitchen eating and figured it was the cook. So I confronted the owner who was taking our Order of what his cook did. We decided no to eat there and walked out.

Zero Stars, literally. Chaotic and Awful is my label.Went with a group. The cashier waited for us to order, then pointed out that the prices on the menu weren 't updated. I said, then those are the prices until you update them. No, there was another list.Cashier then let us know we couldn 't order anything but pizza because the cook was just focusing on pizza. My friend ordered a slice (one single slice). We ordered a whole pizza. How do we know when our order is ready. We 'll call the number on the receipt. what receipt? Oh you never gave us one. Can you give it to us? Oh, sure.We waited over an hour. They didn 't call out the number but rather the order. How do you keep track of the order? Cashier said I remember. Our pizza came, the friend 's slice didn 't. Friend asked the same person who took their order where is my slice? Oh, we 're not doing slices tonight . Can I get my money back? Sure.The pizza had an undisclosed green leafy vegetable under the cheese which was not listed in the ingredients we ordered.These are not overly critical observations, so whoever is reading this that works here, I mean only to improve your business, but mainly to lower the expectations of future customers, of which I will not be.

I went there one Saturday night the kid behind the restaurant was being so rude when I was ordering my food and the pizza was terrible .

Tasty and fresh pizza, and hits the spot everytime. Alex was very helpful.

Fab pizza super late hours hella good veggie toppings combo, plus they use normal bread bread, not the golden or burnt type crust that all chains use (incl.mtn mike's) so it toasted nicely. cant wait to try more combos but do wish they had banana peppers or pepperoncinis
