Big Blue Smokehouse - Hazard

The service at this restaurant is awful and the salad is unappetizing and brown. I came to have dinner but was met with confusion when I tried to place an order. Needless to say, I never received my meal and ended up leaving after waiting for 45 minutes.

We recently dined at 420 Lane in Danger and were impressed by the beautiful restaurant and its location. The menu had a great selection, but unfortunately, our meal did not meet expectations. The prime rib sandwich we ordered was dry, but we were pleased that it came with jus.

I ordered the brisket sandwich and found it to have only two meager slices of meat, but it still tasted good. It was served with Brussels sprouts covered in a delicious sweet sauce. The service was slow and disorganized. My coffee was lukewarm and it took 10 minutes to finally receive cream and sugar, but by then I had already finished my coffee. The items were never taken off the table. Despite the excellent meat and friendly staff, the overall experience was lacking.

My man visited here with a friend and enjoyed his meal. he loves a good burger with Bbq sauce, so he ordered the jack daniels burger with fritten (comes with their choice of the side). he could even order it medium raw! he said he'd come back here.

Nice atmosphere. Good service. I love their food. The shaved Brussel Sprouts, broccoli casserole, cold slaw and pulled pork platter are my favorite.
