France's Diner - Hazard

There were three of us who ate that day. My food was super greasy and not really tasty like I remember when I used to go there with my mom. The waitress was nice and the atmosphere was good. Last time I ate at Frances Diner is when they was at their original location, that was late 90's early 2000's before they moved. The food was great then and was amazing this time around. Came to Hazard to visit my father's hometown and Frances was the 1st place we stopped. I was in awww when I took the first bite of the biscuit and gravy, to know it still taste the same and they hadn't changed the recipe. My only complaint and if I could make a recommendation, consider adding a large portion of biscuits and gravy on the menu! (I didn't see it on the menu) Overall: Great Food, friendly staff, great atmosphere. I highly recommend Frances Diner! We absolutely love this place we drive from Somerset at least once a month. Amber is the best. You have to try it you won't be disappointed.
