Taco Bell - Hazard

I ordered the chicken chipotle avocado ranch grilled, specifying no lettuce or tomatoes due to my allergy to tomatoes and my dislike for lettuce. However, when I got home, my meal was filled with lettuce and tomatoes, and there were only about three pieces of chicken. This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

This isn't the best Taco Bell I've visited. They can be a bit slow at times, but since it's the closest one to my house, I go there frequently. The food is what you'd expect from Taco Bell.

Messed our order up again!!! Every time we eat there it gets messed up!

They have got my orders wrong the 2, maybe 3 times. Ordered supreme tacos and they had hardly anything on them except the meat.
