Mcdonald's - Hazelwood

I would advise against visiting this restaurant. They are frequently out of items or their machinery is functioning poorly. Today, my frustration peaked when I discovered a foreign object in my sandwich. I will not be returning. I am only giving one star because zero stars is not possible.

I placed my order in the drive-thru and everything appeared correctly on the screen. However, when I received my order, they completely messed it up. I specifically asked for no cheese and light sauce, but I ended up with cheese and an excessive amount of sauce all over my bread. It was a terrible experience because they did not take the time to read the order screen properly. I have no plans to return to this restaurant.

After the experience tonight, I think that 1 star is being generous! 5 minute wait before being acknowledged at the order box. Then we get to the pay window and get told the wrong amount. Then get asked what we ordered and they literally took my receipt and still got the order wrong! Chicken nuggets hard. Burgers old, dry and hard. Chicken patties the same way. Asked for no lettuce and still got it. Thought the French fries were hot and semi-fresh, until my husband found a cold not cooked all the way one. Then we called and the manager called my husband a liar when he tried to tell him what happened. Just disgraceful!

I was there around 5pm on a Wed in the drive thru. It was pretty busy but it moved fast. I had to pull aside to wait for my meal. So did 5 other cars. My food came out pretty quickly and it was hot. So I would recommend this McDonald's as they were fast and friendly.

This is by far the best McDonald's I have ever ate at the staff is super friendly and the food was delicious. I love it so much that I'm coming all the way from the south side every week just to have breakfast here with my girlfriend.
