Domino's Pizza - Heanor

I ordered two large veggie volcano pizzas and a customized margarita pizza, and they were made really well with a nice, even distribution of toppings. I've always ordered from Domino's around Nottinghamshire and Wales. For the first time, I experienced excellent customer service tonight from a delivery person who greeted me warmly and apologized for the slight delay in delivery. They wished me a good night and told me to take care. Based on my personal experience, I will definitely order again, regardless of what other reviews say. Thank you!

I had a fantastic experience at the Domino's branch in Heanor. The staff were incredibly friendly and pleasant, but what really prompted me to write this review was the pizza! In all my years with Domino's, I have never had a pizza as delicious as the one from Heanor. I was truly impressed; the BBQ sauce was perfectly balanced—just the right amount and not overly sweet. The crust was light and fluffy, with the ideal density. The cheese was crispy and tasted even better than usual, and there was a generous serving of toppings. I only wish my local Domino's could match that quality! Thank you and well done to the Heanor team for delivering such an excellent standard of Domino's pizza!

The food quality at this restaurant is quite good. I've been there several times and never encountered any issues. However, sometimes the staff can be a bit rude and seem hesitant when taking orders.
