Dairy Isle Heath

I went to that restaurant tonight and waited for 35 minutes to be served. I spent $14 but the food was not worth it. The double hamburger was overcooked, hard, and cold. The roasted mushrooms were cold in the center. The hot dogs were thin and flavorless. After years of not going back, I definitely won't be returning.

My experience at this restaurant was terrible. I have been coming here for years, but it only seems to be getting worse. The customer service was dreadful, as the manager got our order wrong and when we brought it to their attention, they claimed they didn't hear us. We spent $35 and were told we needed to reorder a $3 item, which any decent customer service would have comped for us. Instead, the manager told me to contact them on Facebook. A good manager would have made the customer happy and fixed the mistake. To top it off, all of the food was served cold. I might have considered giving this place another chance, but after this experience, I will not be returning with my family. It wouldn't have been a big deal if there wasn't a minimum charge on card transactions.

They were made of chocolate and the vanilla cone I paid was $6,00 because he had melted all the cone before they handed it over to me. super soft and runny! paid $12 for 2 soft servierkonus ridiculous

We drive from Lancaster just to come here. We love it. Very well priced, good food and ice cream. Big selection of both.

Generous portions. Friendly staff. Fast service. We loved it. Perfect for a hot lazy day off.
