Creno's Pizza - Heath

Once again, we ordered something from this restaurant and the delivery driver decided to switch it for something else without checking if that was what we wanted. It was supposed to be the meal of a lifetime, and now we're stuck with something we didn't even order. The driver seemed clueless when we asked him about it, so we just accepted it. I called the restaurant to speak with the manager and try to get our original order back, but instead, the manager offered us a discount on our next order. Needless to say, we will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The last three orders I placed here took over an hour to arrive and the food was subpar. I received the same email every time stating, "This delivery was not up to our standards." I was looking forward to my free pizza today, but not only did I have to pay for the delivery, it takes 48 hours to redeem the offer. Don't get me wrong, I used to like Domino's and even worked at another store a long time ago, but the service at this location is lacking.

I would not recommend this restaurant. I am a fan of Domino's, but the last two times I ordered from here, I finished my meal within 20 minutes and it took an hour to get through quality control. Both times, when we finally received our food, it was cold.

On Tuesday evening, app said 37 minutes, and it took over an hour and a half. I called to check and got no answer about when or why we last so long. in any case, the delivery would not recommend as option, maybe pick up. safe there are several better options in the area for service and quality

Everything was good the wings were good but they didn't have enough sauce on them
