The service at this restaurant was good, however, the pizza was terrible. It lacked flavor and the sauce was very bland. I had previously forgotten why I didn't like their pizza and now I remember.
Very tasty food, friendly wait staff, lousy drivers, lazy manager. We ate here and had an enjoyable meal with tasty pizza (the pepperoni duo is quite nice)
Chris and his team did an amazing job tonight. When we arrived, we were unsure if they were allowing dine-in service, but they graciously let us eat there anyway. Despite being very busy, the staff worked hard to keep up and were incredibly friendly and professional. It was clear that they cared about ensuring we had a good experience. A big thanks to everyone working on the evening of 5/21/22. You all deserve more than we were able to give tonight.
The thin crust pizza at this restaurant is amazing. I never thought I would say this, but I wish this franchise existed in North Beach (Little Italy in San Francisco)!!! I live there and am proud of my hometown and its Italian heritage, but I must admit that I think Donato's pizza is better than Tony's Pizza, North Beach Pizza, and the Pizza Guy (the three best pizza places in North Beach, San Francisco, California). The crust is delicious, the toppings go all the way to the edge, and the balance of tomato sauce, cheese, and toppings is perfect. I wish it wasn't only available in Ohio!
