Wendy's - Heath

Their cashiers are younger and just play on their phones. Service is always slow. Cant seem to get it together. Food is ok , but they forget something every time im there.

After waiting 20 min at the drive thru, I watched someone take my fries out of the bag, figured there were maybe 2 in there, my fault for not checking, no fries when I got home. They hung up on me when I called.

Ordered 2 plain singles with cheese. They came with everything. Tried to call it hung up after a certain number of rings. Large fry half filled.

One of the workers had a complete mental break down half the people there look like hoodlems every time I go there I get treated terrible I was just trying to pay the lady and she just completely lost it and quit on the spot even though I told her thank you and all that and even though I was polite I guess that wasn’t enough this place had just gone down hill worst than McDonald’s only edible thing there is chili and they probably won’t have it nor will they have chili sauce and half the workers are high on hard drugs and I’m not sure I’d want my fries with fentanyl hands all over them I doubt the owner cares people will still eat garbage made by drug addicted felon’s
