The Cafe Blixen could become my regular cafe if I lived here. It is located in the heart of Hechingen and is very ambitious and full of commitment guided in a subarea of the bookshop Welte. Here you can also savour your heart and stay calm for a very long time. The interior is decorated in wavy earth colours and atmospheric (e.g. with a photo by Tania Blixen with their dogs). Here you can eat coffee and chocolate specialties delicious and small snacks (Muffins, Brezeln). Great: the coffee is still traditionally poured in the filter, i.e. each guest receives a cup with a small porcelain filter to the table. The fresh drinks are also quite according to my Gusto, for example a chilled Fritz Kola. Unfortunately, only fresh milk is served for coffee and no coffee cream is more pleasant to me. There are regular events and readings, for example now Dietlinde Elsässer from Theater Lindenhof. The guests are all super nice. It is operated with great cordiality. Prices are absolutely reasonable. Toilets are located in the basement who wants, can be supplied with Clo reading in a shelf located in front.
