This is a wonderful family-run restaurant near heidelberg. when they are with the car in heidelberg, they take time to drive to this place. this is one of the best restaurants in the entire region of Baden-Württemberg in Germany. they will enjoy eating and it is a must to have fish there, as there is a small lake close to and the fish is absolutely fresh and the taste is incredible. I am 2-3 times a year in Germany and I am sure that this place is one of the really best restaurants. please do not go to these stupid tourist places in the heart of heidelberg - just drive about 20-30 minutes and you get the best food and service!

Sehr traditionelle deutsche Küche. Wie bei der Oma. Die Zutaten sind lokaler Herkunft, die frischen Forellen auch. Absolut zu empfehlen für eine herzhafte, gute Küche. Fast alle Portionen sind auch in halber Größe bestellbar. Habe mir sagen lassen das man Sonntags reservieren muss. Tipp: Die antike Musketen, Pistolen und Messersammlung sollte man gesehen haben!
