Blue Waters Seafood Sushi - Heilbron

Succulent sushi, perfect prawns, delicious dorado and superb sole. The food was 10/10. Service was quite slow, but it was ok, because everything else was wonderful. So glad to have found this gem.

If it's sushi you are craving then look no farther than Blue Waters. With a dedicated team of trained sushi chefs headed by Gu, you will not be disappointed. They are in their new venue which we think will be super popular. Well done to owner Jannie and his team, for consistency and great food.

What an absolute gem!!! I came here for the first time today and was highly impressed with everything from the friendly service to the decor to the delicious meal! The sushi is possibly the best I've had and their sashimi and salmon roses are loaded with salmon- a lovely change from all the places that offer thin cuts and too much rice. Beautifully presented and my hake/calamari combo was loaded with flavour. This place is perfect for a casual lunch or an intimate date. Will definitely be back!!

Absolutely delicious, fresh well prepared sushi. Good atmosphere, good service. Highly recommend them. Even the fact that they were able to accommodate my little sister who doesn't eat seafood, by allowing an order from next door!
