After picking up my order, I come home and a cheese souffle is missing. Bummer, but it can happen. So I call. I say on the phone I miss a cheese souffle . The employee says, That may be right because there is another one here. A moment of silence, waiting for an apology or apology. Did not come. So I say I 'll pick him up. I go back to Veldt snacks, come into the shop, ask for the cheese souffle, get it and they say enjoy your meal . No more. I don 't think it occurred to him that I cycled back and forth while others were eating at the table. A simple 'sorry ' would have prevented a lot of irritation.
