S' Deli Cafe Bistro - Heitersheim

First point: we walked in and were greeted and given a table and after about 20 minutes we asked for service and were told it was self-service. Why can't you put a sign on the table that says service or that you will be informed after such a long time. Second point: the service staff are so sloppily dressed as if we were at a hippie festival. Never again! Food: 3 Service: 1

We were here for breakfast. The S'Deli is super nice inside. There is self-service. You order and pay at the checkout, but the waitress brings it to you. Overall, the food was very tasty, high quality and well prepared. Unfortunately we had to wait almost an hour for our breakfast. When we asked after 30 minutes, we were only met with a flippant “The kitchen still has to bake some rolls.” We thought that was a shame because we really didn't ask with any bad intentions, we were just very hungry. Overall, the service was very tense, but she was also alone. We understand that and also understand that sometimes you have to be more patient. Unfortunately, that really pushed us to the limit. We might come back and then leave with hopefully better experiences.

Very tasty, portions are great and the staff is super friendly. It's worth having breakfast here! A nice, small, modern cafe. We were there spontaneously on a Friday morning and there were many tables reserved. But we got a place. The cafe was delicious and the croissant was good too.
