It was a quit Sunday and service was quick. The steaks we ordered was of good quality and grilled exactly as ordered. The food was tasty and well portioned and plated. If you need a break away from the city life, this is a great stop to make, very peaceful ambience, with plenty of space and facilities to keep the kids active, while the grown ups get to enjoy good live music.
Relaxed atmosphere, good service, excellent craft beer selection. Food is typical pub fare (which is a good thing) and is well priced. Great pub overall.
We stopped at the Bru'house for lunch. They were clever to capitalize on the opportunity of being open on Monday when Tuesday is a public holiday. Many others seemed to be oblivious of this chance and missed out big time. <br/ <br/ The food was tasty pub food. Well presented and the portions were generous. <br/ <br/ They also have quite a selection of craft beers on tap. <br/ <br/ Well worth the visit.
On our way back from Magaliesberg, my partner and I stopped by here to have some craft beer and some lunch. The setting is much like a beerhouse with an indoor, outdoor and upstairs (mainly bar area to sit in. They have a decent selection of craft beer and the food was actually quite tasty!! I enjoyed my steak and my partner loved his chicken schnitzel. the service was good and sitting outside in the sun was lovely. Enjoyed ourselves and may stop by if we are in the area again for another drink ;
Quirky little establishment seemingly in the middle of nowhere. Have driven past often and wondered what was going on. Had quite a nice time eating the most expensive toasted zarm I've ever had and had fun playing a few rounds of pool. Good, subtle service.
