Last week they were out of sausages, didn't contain my ash brews and got my drink wrong. The slice of ham they served was laughable, as I had ticks that are hearty. Today the reading board is still out. My sausage was still partially frozen, the ash-browns they served were old and stale. My drink order is still wrong. I don't know how to get a Dr. Pepper wrong, but they did it twice. A star because the fast food is and it doesn't need a rocket scientist to lead you right.
I've been in the car for 15 minutes. I haven't even placed my order yet. Second time came to this BK and it was the same experience as the first. I don't know why I'm still here. Probably because on Sunday everything is closed on Euclid. This place really sucks. Edit: The staff is friendly, so it's about the best of this place.
I gave this place several chances, but not in good consciousness recommend them. Experiences range from: lacking normal everyday objects such as fry sauce, napkins and fry containers, wait for 20 minutes for the person to take your order if you are the only in line, burned and crusty appetizers (many hollow without cheese), sandwiches not prepared as you asked and the sloppiest placement of fixes I have ever seen on burgers and sandwiches in a fast food restaurant. Any order I've ever made here has problems, and I'm not a picky type. I give them 2 stars instead of 1, for the first time I had breakfast there, they seemed to work normally, unlike the later evenings when I had been there before. The workers are friendly enough when you pay or get your food, but it feels like a high school stone crew without management/direction.
Prompt and friendly service. Was not in Burger King
For fast food these guys are tasty. They have good deals and put out good coupons. The breakfast menu could run longer because it is delicious! I like the kids that work for Burger King, they seem well trained and have always been courteous and prompt for me. The drive-in on Euclid could use an extra employee it seems to me, but other than that...
