My wife's chicken was cold, the pulled pork was lukewarm, as indicated, but I received a new portion of fries with chicken, so it was neatly resolved and there was more than enough food. Ordered food via home delivery, waited 2 hours for the order. Called after 1.5 hours, they said the order is now going out, called again after 30 minutes, they say a delivery person has failed... the order is now going out. Didn't even say sorry.
