Excellent food and a family-friendly atmosphere. The fried chicken sandwich is the best I've ever had. Service was outstanding. There’s also a spacious parking lot available.

The tables are cleaned promptly to accommodate the next guests. There is designated handicap parking available.

It's been a few years since my last visit, as I've been traveling a lot for work outside the metropolitan area. I arrived just before the lunch rush and ordered a two-piece fried chicken, a chopped beef sandwich, and a Dr. Pepper. The food came out fairly quickly. The chicken wasn’t piping hot, but it was crispy and moist. I noticed they've replaced the Louisiana hot sauce bottles with packets, which you now have to request for dining in. The chopped beef sandwich wasn’t bad, but it seemed like they’ve cut back on the portion size. This could be due to the kitchen being busy during the lunch hour. The restaurant was still clean, which is what I've come to expect.

It 's a great hearty meal. IF THEY BOTHER TO DO IT RIGHT! When you go thru the drive thru, pick up your breakfast, and go home with your order, you are stuck with what the store gives you. Too busy to be able to go all the way back for the store to make right what they should have do e right the first time! Since the pandemic, I have noticed, sadly, that they don 't bother to care what goes out the drive thru window. This Helotes store in particular! The bean and cheese taco was so sloppy, so little beans!!! It 's just beans! And then, the hash browns. The amount of potatoes can 't be right. But if what has been going out the window is what you are selling, I 'm not impressed, nor am I interested! BUT WORSE, the manager listened to my story, then promptly said, Enjoy your day. And hung up! WELCOME TO THE NEW BILL MILLERS! DON 'T BOTHER P.S. This is about the 8th or 9th time this has happened. I wish it was a one-off, but it seems not. Very sad!

Totally fascinated, delicious food, the ribs were a delight.
