Rome's Pizza - Helotes

I try to be nice when I check out small local businesses! eating was okay for the price, but I didn't feel welcome when I came in! I was not greeted! the first man could not find my order and handed over to a younger man who was nice and friendly!

Rom is our favorite pizza! we have been going to the Dezavala site for many years before this site was opened, and I forget when that. 2008? we always have a great meal and were so glad to support it through the pandemic. we just get to run now and it's also home delicious. the staff is always polite on the phone while we are our ordering and happy when they check out. we usually get the white house and the roms deluxe. we hope that rom is in business for a long, long time!

We always come to this place, but this time I'm disappointed. we ordered online and when we were there, they did not have the rest of our order. we ordered 4 alfredo pastas and had only 1. they had read the command incorrectly who did it. they had forgotten to add that to the Ceasars salad. I am grateful that they have managed to make them, but they could do it like the first original order. I spent a lot of money for 6 meals, but I want to get what I paid.

Our first time here and we'll be back! my sohn is autistic and a very picky esser. we were not sure if he would eat, but he did and felt very comfortable in the restaurant! pizza very delicious!

Delicious food, always clean and fresh. I love their Greek salads and calzones. Romes is always a go to for me.
