Bun2bun Redi Shopping Center - Helsinki

I waited 20 minutes for my burger at this restaurant. When I inquired about its status, they informed me that they had forgotten about it. I explained that I no longer had time to eat there, so they offered to pack the burger for me to take away, but it was cold by that point. I would not recommend this place.

The lunch burger was just all bread and very little in between. I took mine to go, which I wouldn’t recommend since this was the second time in a row they forgot something from my order. Okay, just a dip this time but still lame. The first time I came here it was all good, now after a few months it just feels like they’re phoning it in.

So much potential, but the execution just was not there. I tried the chili burger, and it was dreadful to eat. There was a whole chili in it that made the eating a task, also texas pete sauce that was just flowing out of the burger, not the nicest thing when you are trying to eat it with hands. French fries were on line with the new trend of super frying them so they are super greasy, not to my taste... Beyond Meat patty was really really good, but cannot award any points to the restaurant for it I guess.

The only reason to dine at this restaurant is the impossible burger. While the burger was delicious, it came at a steep price for a simple hamburger. The atmosphere and decor left much to be desired, feeling unfinished with bare concrete floors and exposed ventilation ducts in the ceiling. However, for a fast food spot, it's acceptable.

I visited during busy lunch hours (and a festival weekend). However service was quick and friendly, food tasted amazing
