Cafe Ekberg 1852 - Helsinki

Yly staff, beautiful place and delicious service. Quality of price! They found both salty and makeeet food. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in coffee culture.

We stayed in Indigo Hotel and Ekberg is just a 1-minute walk away. There was at 9:30 and could get a table without waiting. We enjoyed the pastry, both the cinnamon roll and Mandel Croissant. The Kreuziant was on the sweet side, but both pastries were good quality. Definitely worth a visit!

If this place is still up and running since 1852 there is a good reason. The charming atmosphere and the beautiful and tasty cakes are the enablers of such success. We had a delicious break during our walk through Helsinki and we truly loved it…when you finish your cake and would like to have more then it means the cake is just perfect! A must stop if in Helsinki!
