All vegetarian sushi is vegan! Even those who mayo see they contain vegan mayo. if they are a sushi fine diner than that is not the place for them, though hehe. they always have a vegan warm option, but this has my opinion on very different quality. if they create one of those made from a cocos milk base, then they are only fantastic. However, some of the chili options are not great, according to my opinion. the tofu always has a perfect resistance.
