A decent lunch spot that also serves the staff of other office buildings. The first time, you have to think a little about how the customers are supposed to work in the space. The first time we need to think about how our clients are thinking about it.

I'm giving this place two stars just because it's theoretically possible that there is something even worse available. The food has not made me physically ill, just slightly repulsed at worst. This is a typical institutional kitchen, it offers typical Finnish institutional foods at typical prices. Their primary focus seems to be in serving as many people as possible in the least amount of effort as possible. The food is average lumps of various sorts, lumps of meat and lumps of fish. In addition to these lumps, you get a collection of slashed up vegetables; like sliced cucumber and sliced tomato. If you really stretch your imagination, you can call it a salad. There is also a special grill option which offers a single a la carte choice. I was sold a pizza made on top of frozen dough and the end result was something a bit worse than frozen pizza. If you are overenjoyed by forzen pizza, I think you'll find TK-21 mostly satisfactory. I have visited this location several times due to peer pressure from my co-workers, who are too lazy to walk to a better restaurant. I have several times vowed myself to never return.

Average lunch. they have some great days, and some not as great as most.
