Charcoal Grill - Hemel Hempstead

Ate from here with my daughter, i had a kebab with chilli sauce which was truly dreadful and my daughter had a burger and chips, she said the burger was fine but the chips were those cheap frozen ones that ended up hollow after frying, yuck

The app took my money , they were closed and didn’t notify me. No refund given or food offered for this inconvenience. Do not go here. Jokers

Food is not bad, but I barely use it now as new owners have taken over

Placed order via App on 2nd September. Money taken but no food was ever delivered and I've not been contacted by them. This is 3 weeks ago.
