Contribuisci feedbackAbsolutely one of the most terrible meals we've ever had. Waiter service was horribly totally ignored at the table. The starters were dry and cold garlic bread was eggy. Manager did not seem interested in our complaints was more concerned about serving other tables. We will certainly not eat again in this restaurant. They pamper our little girls on their 8th birthday.
Not impressed. We waited 20 minutes for each of our drinks order, then arrive for another 15 minutes for the drinks. We had to catch someone's eye to get the dessert menu, as no one came automatically. We ordered more drinks and had to wait until they arrive.
Had a nice meal, but felt pressure from the waiter to get our order, we ordered a starter and still eating it when he said I thought you were ready now! Because your networks are on their way! Then after the pudding he brought us our bill, which we had not asked how to order the coffee to the left feeling disappointed x
We made a reservation for a party of 10 through the App, which was easy to do and we received an email confirmation right away. However, when we arrived at the restaurant, they had no record of our booking. They were able to find separate tables for all of us, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, the food and service were also subpar. To compensate for the inconvenience caused by Open Table's poor operations, they offered us a discount. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and we are hesitant to use the app again in the future.
The food at this restaurant is excellent, albeit a bit expensive. The service was slightly frustrating as they seemed to forget about us at times. However, the most irritating aspect was that they had no record of my reservation through Open Table. Fortunately, they had a spare table available for us.
