Mother's Day Afternoon Tea, Long wait for the food, service was a bit slow, in fairness it was very busy. Sandwiches very tasty, scones perfect with blackcurrant Jam so lush and proper clotted cream. The cakes amazing . Loved it all.. Was disappointed with the Mother's day gift if you don't like gin well nothing else on offer. I would recommend and I would go again
Excellent location for a wedding. Enjoyed the location very much, especially the old manor and the gardens. Would be nice for a weekend getaway, a nice meal and a stroll in the garden with a book to read under a shaded tree. Lovely property. Highly recommended.
Beautiful Victorian Hotel with picturesque surroundings Friendly helpful staff. Dinner was a high standard and the buffet style breakfast was also great with a good selection of cereals, fruit, fried breakfast and juices. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay again.
"This place was perfect for my friend's special occasion! It has a lovely location and a fun atmosphere. The service at the bar was excellent, and they offered some great cocktails. Everything was well organized, and the staff seemed to be enjoying themselves, dancing along to the tunes played by the DJ. I had a wonderful time! I can't comment on the rooms since I didn't stay overnight, but the grounds are beautiful, and the reception area is spacious and elegantly decorated. The venue itself is a stunning Victorian-era house, with fascinating little touches of history to discover if you look closely. I even spotted an old thimble by the fireplace!"
