Contribuisci feedbackI went to Arby's to get the advertised fish and chips. Should hv known better. So sorry,, but It was literally the worst food I've ever had. The fish was hard and way overcooked to the point of dry and disgusting. The tarter sauce was like jello, andthe French fries were also burned. I was nautilus from all the grease the rest of the day and Nope, won't be going back toArby's in Hemet. Yuk!!!
The worst lemonade I've ever had. You know that weak, bitter, fake lemonade made by institutions? Worse. Very watery. Almost no taste of lemon at all. I don't blame the employees. They were great! Friendly, quick, accurate. By corporate should hang theirheads in shame for foisting such a putrid drink. Next time my fella suggests Arby's I'm telling him no. We'll go to Chick-fil-ainstead. Now THAT'S a great lemonade! Update: Arby's sent me link to fill out and send to them regarding my review. But thelink doesn't work. Wow. Those at corporate are blowing it. Note to Arby's corporate: Not interested in some coupon for freefood. As I said, I won't be returning.
I have only had pleasant experiences at this establishment. The bread is soft and enjoyable, reminiscent of fresh baked goods, even though I know it has been sitting out for several months. The meats are available and satisfy my hunger as I eat heartily. They claim to offer a breakfast menu, but I’m convinced that's just a facade to make themselves look like a typical restaurant.
It's Arby's, so you know what to expect. My only issue is that the staff should pay more attention to ensuring customers receive exactly what they ordered. Happy customers are more likely to return. On a positive note, the manager is very nice and works really hard.
I visited the drive-thru on Friday at 4:30 and was informed that they only accepted cash. The way this was communicated lacked customer service and was quite rude, which was very off-putting. Having worked in the restaurant industry for years, I believe this should have been delivered with an apology. It's interesting that some fast food workers expect wages comparable to those of experienced managers. I won’t be returning.
