Chuck E. Cheese - Hemet

After we finished, I tried to redeem my points for some prizes, but they told me the registers were closed, even though there were still customers in the building. I hardly ever leave negative reviews, but this made my kids cry; they were really looking forward to getting those prizes. I had to explain to them that the registers were already shut down, which was disappointing. I would have bought them something if I could have; that's why I took away a star. I'm sorry to say that I won't be returning to this location. However, don’t just take my word for it—check it out! The upgrades to the games are really nice, though the food was just okay. Ultimately, it was a fun day for my kids.

It had been years since my family last visited Chuck E. Cheese, and this was our first time returning after a long hiatus—our kids are now 13 and 17! We had a fantastic experience. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and did everything necessary to ensure that everyone was having a great time. Keep up the excellent work! We especially noticed a team of ladies who were doing an outstanding job managing everything. Great job, ladies!

Chuck E. Cheese was a wonderful experience! My kids hadn't been there since the pandemic began, and it turned out to be a fantastic outing. They really enjoyed their evening and had so much fun. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-sanitized.

The restaurant was poorly organized, and there was no one to check on the guests. The service was lacking, and the entire place had an abandoned feel to it. I missed having any live interaction, which would have greatly improved the experience. Overall, I won't be returning.

It's a bit pricey but it's worth it to see the kids smile they had so much fun I spent $200 , I haven't been to chuck E. Chees in a while, I enjoyed the all the upgrades thats why I gave the 4 stars. The manager should've let us know that they was gonna close the salad bar down early before closing. I understand that the want to get out on time but have the decency to see if anyone wants something before putting it up. Was only to families in the whole establishment. When it was all finished I turned in my points and wanted to buy some prizes they told me that the registers were closed already. While You still had customers in the building. I'm sorry to Inform but I will not be returning to this location. ? but don't take my word for it go and check it out it's a really nice upgrade in the games not to much in the food but it was ok , it really was for my kids it was a day for them.
