Contribuisci feedbackReally good slice always gets my order right and makes the food right. If you need to go the spinach and artichoke souffle as you need to go when they first open them selling fast they are really popular with the older community.
Today I had the worst experience. I ordered rapid pick up. Time for pick up was 10:22. I arrived at 10:30. At 10:50 I politely asked if my order was still in process. She said yes we are busy, I said I understand, it's okay you can cancel. She said no, I'll get yours right now. I said thank you. I leave at 11:05. I drive to my scheduled destination. I open the bag. I have my half turkey blt (more like a qtr) my small Mac and cheese. No where to be found is my crunch bagel!! ? now I'm frustrated. I tried calling twice, they just let it ring then hang up. Now what? Guess I'm out a bagel and 30 minutes late to work.
Easy order from mobile and pick up. Sandwich and sides were all fine, with the regular Panera taste. Nothing more, nothing less. They were having some sort of fire test so a big firetruck blocked our car's way, and this big-mustachioed fireman was driving it. Definitely a five star experience.
Horrible experience! I ordered a Napa sandwich just to get like 5 Tony pieces of chicken. Honestly, every bite it was just bread and tomato . Plus the lady on the drive thru was beyond rude.
The food is good. The staff is nice. The app makes purchasing food on the go, super easy and you get special perks and rewards. Def recommend the Madagascar vanilla almond cold brew the kitchen sink cookie.
