Pop's Country Cafe - Hemet

We've encountered several issues, including forgotten items with our orders, which is becoming absurd. My husband ordered the popular Blockbuster Omelette, and we found a puddle of water on the floor. Strangely, it tasted heavily of taco seasoning, overshadowing the other ingredients. The toast was shockingly tough and hard, as if it had been made from stale bread and then overcooked. My grilled cheese sandwich wasn't toasted before the cheese was added, resulting in a soggy, greasy mess with very little meat inside. I've never encountered food that felt so greasy to the touch; it was as if just a light press would release excess fat. The old bread flavor, combined with what seemed like a dirty grill, really ruined the experience. It's unfortunate to have paid $80 for a meal that was subpar. In retrospect, it would have been better to just grab fast food instead.

The restaurant is nice and clean inside. The menu offers a wide variety of delicious food options. It's perfect for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I really enjoy the atmosphere and the overall vibe. I highly recommend eating at Pops!

Get on the wall with enthusiastic service and wonderful hearty breakfast and lunch. When we cried outside of seats, when we had dogs with us, they said they would set it up for us and they did it!

If you are looking for a home feeling kinda meal with huge portions you are in the right place. The breakfast portions are huge and so is the lunch. In the picture is the stuffed grilled cheese reverse and let?s just say you will not be disappointed. If you love the cheese this is the meal for you. The fries get season salt instead of regular salt so the change up is great! Sit and enjoy a huge meal and walk out feeling like you just left a family member?s house after the holidays.

What a hidden treasure! This tiny Cafe may be small in size but it's big portions bold combination down home cooking definitely make up for it's size. The food was amazing the service absolutely wonderful. I can't wait to bring my parents here. I definitely recommend this cafe!
