Contribuisci feedbackI regularly visit this Subway location and it's usually decent. The restaurant isn't usually too busy and the staff are usually friendly. However, my most recent visit was disappointing. There was only one other customer in the store and there were two employees working, one for each sandwich. When I asked for mayo and mustard, they realized they were out of mayo - none in the entire store on a Saturday at lunchtime at a sandwich shop. After waiting for them to figure out that they were out of mayo, I just asked for vegetables instead. The employee barely put any lettuce on my sandwich, I couldn't even see it. When I asked for more, he added only a few more pieces, still far below the usual amount of lettuce. I was hoping for an apology for the lack of mayo and a proper amount of toppings on my sandwich, but that didn't happen. The service was very slow and the store was poorly stocked on a Saturday at 1pm. Unfortunately, this experience cost them a loyal customer, now they can have both employees make one sandwich.
I arrived early for an online order and saw an employee making my sandwiches without wearing gloves or a mask. This made me feel very disappointed and uncomfortable, so I decided not to eat the items and will not be going back.
This restaurant is typically quite busy, but they work efficiently to serve customers quickly, and the sandwiches are delicious.
The service at this restaurant is quick and the sandwiches are delicious. They offer a great variety to choose from. The bread and sandwich combinations are thoughtfully crafted to appeal to all tastes. Definitely worth checking out!
