While driving through the countryside, we decided to make a pit stop at this charming establishment. We were blown away by the wide variety of candies and delicious treats they had to offer, as well as their mouth-watering homemade maple sugar and walnut pie. We couldn't resist trying a sample, and before we knew it, we were sitting outside enjoying a half of a pie each. Just make sure to bring your own milk because you'll definitely need it! They also serve a pretty good pizza, and the owner and staff are delightful. Plus, the two beautiful Great Danes on site were a nice touch. If you're in the area, this cozy little spot is definitely worth a visit.
The pizza at this restaurant is consistently delicious and relatively new to the pizza market, but has quickly gained popularity. The quirky country store is adorned with antiques and features a charming old brass cash register - operated manually, of course. The owner is a delight and always brings lots of laughs. You can call ahead to place your order and pick it up in just 20 minutes, ensuring that your pizza will be hot and fresh.
This is an old-fashioned "General Store" concept store which has recently added take-out pizza to its food offerings. We were very impressed with the quality of our pizza. We had planned to only eat part of the pizza and the rest the next day, however we were unable to resist devouring all of it at one sitting. We will be back for more.
