The food was excellent! However, the service was lacking. This location is definitely a significant improvement over the Hicksville location, which we would never consider returning to!

When the person entered the door, was very politely welcoming. the cashier was great when I ordered my food. great service. everyone was polite.

This restaurant is a great spot for families; it's an excellent place to keep your kids entertained. I loved it, and my child didn't want to leave! The staff was very friendly, and the service was top-notch. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the bathrooms need more attention; they were not very clean. As a parent, I don't like to see dirty facilities, especially since children tend to touch everything. However, overall, it's still an excellent place!

It's a fantastic fun gallery for kids! They offer an unlimited pass for just $26, allowing children to enjoy all the delicious treats they love for an hour.

OK I?m back I went to the location and I was disappointed why because The animatronic wasn?t performing and it was doing shows of birthday stars and there was no birthdays and The animatronic isn?t good condition but it wasn?t performing at all it was just standing there.
