Jack In The Box - Hempstead

I called a restaurant to place an order, but the next day I was informed that it was missed. I was disappointed and wanted to know when the mistake occurred. I ended up spending $46 on the first day, and on the second day, I spent $50 including gas. The cost of gas was too high for me to continue dealing with missing orders.

Some of my tacos had brown lettuce on them and when I tried to address it, they wouldn't respond and then abruptly hung up the phone.

I only stopped here to use the restroom. It was very clean and the staff were friendly. That's all I can say.

The food is great but this location has a girl at the drive threw that rushes you order, is very rude, forgets items and gave me some separated avocado lime dip. Smh I would go to this location again if she's not working.
