Does this restaurant deserve so much criticism? Welcome by two great men as we do today, we joyfully command three tortilla sandwiches. Suddenly one of the waiters, a novel character dressed in jokes with my comrade on his blue card. The other José server and his horsetail, an equally romantic figure, offered to my other original Maghreb companion a halouf embellishment tortilla. A special humour that has not troubled us, it has created a connection with the servers that have prepared our dishes for the good franquette. The dishes, let's talk about it. The pleasant baguette in the mouth accompanied by its omelette with the potato as generous as possible watered from the Carrefour mayonnaise at will. This modest but consistent dish was accompanied by two daggers with a pointed blade of 15 cm to cut it as we want (listed as a white weapon of category A). We were lucky, we could have a taste of Coca Zero lemon. Rates are more than reasonable. At the end, a beautiful tavern for who wants to satisfy his appetite and who loves familiar humor. It's an experience to live except for people a little too fragile. Undeniably, it's a restaurant from another time.
We paid 11 euro for 2 small bottles water and 3 packs cripple. when we frightened this price, he said rudely that we were not in Spanish, that was france. it was about 8.30 clock and other places were closed. we wanted to buy a sandwich or a baguette, but the counter surface and eating did not look very clean, so we bought the water and the cramps. please avoid this place, it is not just the rudeness, but I really believe that the standard of hygiene is a health problem. we would like to say to jose please for their own sake, clean their place clean themselves or they will not have any customers and they will not have any business.
I had an hour to get something to eat as I waited to change trains so dragged my suitcase over the road and into a typical French cafe bar.I'm gluten free so I had the tortilla and a great milky coffee. Loved the local atmosphere and cheerful waiter.Recommended
Wanted to visit France just for fun while left San Sebastian to drive to Madrid. Stopped basicly the first place on the French side. Baguetts and sandwiches were fresh and ok. There would have been a real bakery just a hundred meters away. I guess that it would have been a better choise.
