Contribuisci feedbackThey are always short and still try their best to help everyone as quickly as possible. I have seen many customers who yell at them and the workers take everything in themselves. (which is not cool) I ordered online said it would take 18 minutes and it took about 35 minutes to get exactly my food. also the workers were apologetic, but the management must plan better.
Lesbians. paid full price (almost $15) for a burrito that was under 6 inches, and was delivered with only steak in a dry tortilla and no other filling. I never give them a few cents of my geldes again. the advertising spots show that they are proud of eating. better.
Painstakingly slow! 5 people arrived at me and it literally took half an hour to get my food. when I had left the line, it was almost the door, these poor people would have to wait an hour and half an hour. I heard a guy asks where his food was for pickup because he had waited 40 minutes. the employee said: “There is only one person working on online orders.” all the time I was there, only an additional online order was made. they have a dedicated worker who commands. they are fucked in the back, but they have all the same things you see in front. looks like they've worked 5 people. no apologies for 5 people to withdraw only 7 orders in 30 minutes. that wasn't my only experience that they were slow. after my third time, I have to write a review. I have 3 children waiting with my wife in the car and all walk in the car when I got our food.
I like eating, but the service left something to wish. they were from one of the most important protein items, but did not know until the woman who led the grill shouted to the front that they are out (the grill is in itself the customers, so there is no filter when the workers bark each other). the veggie options they had at the front ran very low and looked very rough, and instead of replacing what they had on the line, the employees drove back to fresh veggies. we also asked if they had made a veteran discount to which the cassian said he had to check with his manager (lady manning the grill). the manager said they didn't just give me the police rebate. the cashier said he didn't know how to do it, so he charged me the full price and called it well.
Strike 3. Wish i could give 0 stars. This used to be a great restaurant. But tonight, for the 3rd time in a row, I pre-ordered for pick-up and the order was wrong (missing 3 items). Luckily this time we caught it before we left. Waited 15 minutes for the missing items to be added to the takeout. Got home, all 3 orders of the food were very disappointing. I ordered double steak for my husband and it looked like he got less than a single order's worth. My chicken was chewy and the rice was very overcooked and sticky. All the bags of chips were shiny with excess grease, chewy (not crispy), and lacking the lime seasoning and had no salt. I gave this place its final chance and will not return. Unfortunately, I switched to this location after the Coronado store went downhill. I guess we'll just stop eating at Chipotle altogether.
