Don't even know what to say. You Customer Service Person, Brandi(y? , needs to be let go. She canceled my order reservation and then lied about it. She called the police on me and said I threatened to throw the desk bell at her. Watch the video, Mrs Abrams, and you will see she lied. I had stayed at this location at least 3 other times; however, I will never return. Luckily, I was able to get full refund via hotels.com.

We would like to acknowledge the professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff of this hotel! All staff have been extremely accommodating and helpful, even going out of their way to meet our requests and answer any questions. We never were made to feel that we were bothering or a nuisance. Our stay has been very comfortable and we will definitely be staying here in the future. A relief knowing that we no longer have to search the multitude of hotels in Las Vegas Henderson. This hotel is clean and welcoming with a nice lobby area for those wanting to relax out of their room, watch tv or work on their laptops. Also, found it quiet. It was nice not being woken up throughout the night. The parking lot is well lit with plenty of parking. It is also in a great location, with several restaurants, specialty grocery stores and shopping nearby. You can expect a friendly greeting upon arrival, quick service to get you checked into your clean, well stocked (toiletries, clean linens, etc. room. There is also hot coffee available in the lobby, much appreciated after a long day of driving. There is also a hot, tasty, complimentary breakfast! As well as fresh fruit and juices (not just cold cereal and packaged sweets . The dining staff is also very friendly! If you 're in a rush, no worries, the staff is very efficient and all food dishes are plentiful. The dining room is clean and spacious. Wish we had all of the staff members ' names that have made our stay so enjoyable and relaxing. They truly work as a team to make your stay stress free and comfortable. Would like to acknowledge Front Desk staff Diamond and Sarah! Thank you for your assistance and patience. Your friendly, cheery faces were a great way to start the day! Thank you Aurea in dining, you were busy but still took the time to provide fresh hot coffee! Thank you Kamiyah for getting us checked in quickly, that was great considering how tired we were! The best hotel stay ever. Complete Comfort as the name states. Thank you again to all, we really hope you know how much you have done to make our trip such a relaxing one!

Cleanliness was superb. Customer service seems like an oxymoron. Neither did they make me feel like a customer and it seems like after they checked you in that was the extent of your customer service. I could go on but I think the point is made.

Hector was amazing. Rest of the staff was always super friendly and courteous. Good place to stay. Would recommend to anyone. Pool and hot tub were clean. Room clean and cozy.

I stayed for three nights over Thanksgiving and the weekend, and everything was excellent! The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Each morning, the breakfast offered a good variety, including waffles, bagels, muffins, eggs, sausage, bacon, oatmeal, and cereal. The only downside was that breakfast was served from 6:30 am to 9:30 am, and they promptly cleared everything away at 9:30 am, even if there were still hot items left and guests still eating. I believe it would be better to extend the breakfast hours until at least 10:30 am to give guests a chance to sleep in a bit longer. Aside from that, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. A big thank you to all the staff who worked during the holiday and weekend; everyone was fantastic. I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so this time!
