There to pick up a to go order. Because it is gluten free, they take very good care to not cross contaminate so it does take a bit longer. It made it way longer due to this couple coming in trying to get free stuff. They had to re make their sandwich onthe grill because she said they didnt ask for something even though it came on the sandwich or something. Or that there neededto be two different Sandwiches. Or maybe both. So that delayed them making mine. They knew what they were doing. John themanager was way more patient than I would have been with them. They cashier offered me a drink while I waited and took care ofmy next sandwich. I wish I would have gotten her name.

I visited Jersey Mike's for the first time today and was truly impressed. My wife has some allergies, and when she asked for something to be left out of her sandwich, John, who took our order, was the first person to ask if it was due to an allergy. That made a huge difference for us. They went above and beyond by cleaning everything to prepare her sandwich safely. I really appreciate the care and attention they showed, and I will definitely be back. Thank you to everyone who worked that day for your hard work!

This has always been one of my favorite sandwich shops near my home. However, during my last two visits, I've noticed a decline in service and cleanliness. It seems like there might be a different manager at this location, as the staff behind the counter appear indifferent to both hygiene and the quality of the sandwiches they prepare. The person who cut my sandwich, as shown in the picture, certainly didn't seem to care about his work. They say that the third time's the charm, but after my recent experiences with poor service and cleanliness, I’m not sure I want to return to this location.

I visited for lunch and had a wonderful experience with the staff! The food was delicious, as always, but it was truly refreshing to see how friendly and efficient the team was. Decided to swing by and grab some subs the other night. I chose the Italian sub. Let me tell you something.......great sub! I'm from the east coast and it's near impossible finding food in Vegas that tastes anywhere near as good as back east, but this isabout as close of an east coast sub that I've had in Vegas! I really miss the east coast food. ???? I need to order from heremore often. Great subs and super friendly staff.....what more could you ask for! If you haven't been here yet, go and check itout.
