Jersey Mike's Subs - Henderson

I love this day that JM gives back to the community!! The sandwiches were great, sooooo fresh, as usual, employees fast, friendly, manager had plan for efficiency and it was working like clockwork!!! 5 gold stars for all. I recommend a visit from everyone to this store anytime, not only the day they give back.

I'd like to give a shout-out to Jersey Mike’s sub shop on Eastern. I’m originally from Germany, but I spent a decade in New Jersey, and nothing beats a Jersey sub/hoagie. Moving to Las Vegas, finding Jersey Mike’s was a delight. I have several favorite subs, each one is delicious. I also want to commend the crew at Jersey Mike’s on Eastern. I love visiting there; everyone is exceptionally friendly and professional. Alec, in particular, stands out—he’s always cheerful, smiling, and incredibly accommodating. You can see he enjoys his work.

Should be zero. Ordered #56 Big Kahuna. It was anything but… no cheese; no jalapeños; barely any meat… mostly bread… not the type of service used to get here.

The girls that work at the location on s eastern are should absolutely not be working in the customer service industry.I am not one to take the time to leave a review especially a negative one, but I felt in this circumstance it Well-deserved.I called and placed my order went to pick up my sandwich got home and it was the completely wrong sandwich. I was not happy. I called politely explain the situation had to drive back to the location to pick up the correct sandwich. The girl show me it was the correct sandwich. I got back home and it was again the wrong sandwich, I called back again once more I was a little bit upset this time I was hung up on and then I called but I have called back 14 times so far and they refused to answer the phone.I am trying to reach a corporate office now or someone that has any sense to speak with
