I ordered the family fill-up box and a 4-piece combo. All the chicken was supposed to be extra crispy, but instead it was extremely hard, as if it had been cooked the day before and reheated. Additionally, I did not receive my drink or any sauce for the nuggets, which I paid for. I was very disappointed, especially considering the amount of money I spent.
This was my first time ordering from them through Door Dash, and unfortunately, some items were missing from my order. This was not a Door Dash problem, but rather a mistake on the restaurant's end. I ordered the 8-piece Chicken and 8-piece Tenders Fill Up, which should have included fries, chicken tenders, potatoes, gravy, slaw, and biscuits. However, there was not the correct amount of chicken parts, no tenders, and no biscuits included in my order.
The restaurant was open for business even though many nearby residential areas were experiencing power outages. Despite the long journey to reach the restaurant, the staff worked hard to ensure that diners were well taken care of and able to enjoy a hot meal. A big thank you to the workers for their dedication during the pandemic and the city's recent power outages.
