Pizza Hut - Henderson

I walked in, hoping to dine in, the employee said their dining room is available after I asked him. He said hold on a moment when he came back I told him I was dining in and he turned around and said “oh we don’t do that it’s just delivery or carry out” I was Surprised to say the least, but I was hungry, so I placed a carry out order. A few minutes later, a family with about five children walks in, I assumed they were planning to dine in, so I told them and then they talk to the employee, and the employee looked at me funny, and he asked “ did you tell them that?” I said. “ yes since that’s what you told me.” he said to them. “ that’s not true we do allow dine in”. I cannot believe the way that I just got treated. It was very unprofessional and humiliating to say the least. When I called later, he offered no apology, he just said “okay”. I wish I had told him to cancel my order and give me a refund. I don’t think I will ever come back to this location again. I hope the owner sees this and takes this seriously. Be honest with your customers be clear when explaining something.

I parked next to the building..I haven't been inside since COVID closed almost everything. This rating is prior. Parking: There's traditional parking on the right side of the building..If you circle the building near the drive through..You can find a spot.. However you will be competing with grocery shoppers nex door.

We've always had great service here. If there's a special to save some money and get what we want, they tell us about it.

The pizza was amazing, and the boneless Buffalo wings were a pleasant surprise. The food was already ready when I got there, so I didn’t get to see much of the place, but what I saw was perfectly decorated.

Wish they could get my order correct and the pizza was cold ugh ?
