Pizza Hut - Henderson

I placed an online order and waited an hour for delivery, even though the estimated time was 25 to 35 minutes. When my order didn't arrive, I called to inquire and found out that the manager had canceled it. I was informed that there was an issue with my address, but the email confirmation I received had the correct information. What frustrated me was that they had my phone number on file; why didn't they reach out to me for clarification instead of simply canceling the order and leaving us waiting for the delivery?

Poor customer service, no one came to the front for 5 min and then dismissed me to go back to the kitchen, 15 min later she still hasn't asked the name of my order nor confirmed I'm here as a customer. Rude and working w a slow mentality if it's that hard to know what pizza u just put in the box and who it goes to.

This is a pretty good Pizza Hut. They usually get the order correct. Every 4th or 5th time, something will be left off or wrong, but when we order delivery it's always hot and nice. My wife loves their thin crust pepperoni.

Was craving a stuffed crust pizza so we'd figure we'd come to pizza since they're known for that. Upon arrival we weren't sure what we wanted to order so we decided to look at the menu inside and order there. The lady who took the order wasn't the friendliest and the vibes just seemed off, you could tell when food is made with care and when it's not. I regret going here and giving them my money as the pizza was blah and then I didn't even get my correct change back, I'm guessing if you give more change than the exact change they just keep the remaining change?? That threw me off and rubbed me the wrong way, won't be coming back here anymore.
