As for the food, I can't say much that’s positive. The tater tots were overcooked, greasy, and lukewarm—I could only manage to eat two, hoping the second was just a fluke. The corn dog had a hard batter on one side, and what happened to the size of the hot dog? The price has actually gone up a bit, but the portion size has shrunk. I've learned not to bring these issues up because, having worked in food service myself, you never know how people will react when you complain about food. Plus, the general attitude these days seems to be one of indifference.

I waited an hour for my food, but it never arrived. When I pressed the button to inquire, they brought it out right away, but everything was cold. I tried to be patient, but the wait definitely wasn't worth it. Our slushies and blast were completely melted. I won’t be coming back here again!

I ordered online and selected a 12:00 p.m. pickup. I arrived at 11:58 a.m., checked in by pushing the red button, and was informed that it would take a few minutes to finish my order. However, by 12:39 p.m., I still hadn't received my food. After pushing the button again, I was told that I hadn't actually checked in and that it would take a little longer to prepare my meal. Finally, I received my food at 12:58 p.m., but I was missing one drink and had to wait for that to be brought out. When I got home, the tater tots and fries were ice cold, and I was also missing a cheeseburger I'd ordered as a free reward. This restaurant usually provides good and speedy service, so I was quite disappointed this time.

Everyone is right about the service at this location, 6 people jacking their jaws in the kitchen and no one can notice that they didn't give me the junior burger meal I paid for. Every item on the food I actually got was wrong. The person with the pink dreads made us feel like we were imposing while ordering as well and we had NO ADDITIONS. As you can see, they do not respond to the PAGES of one-star reviews recently. If you grew up in this area and remember this location fondly, you will be shocked to see the current state of this place. Time to replace the management.

This place is a real guilty pleasure for my boys and I. The setup is so cool and fun to drive right up into and the food is very salty and cheesy, exactly what I need sometimes. Also, the VERY attentive and hard working staff always complete the whole fun fast food experience for us when we go, especially the respectfull and kind outside staff. Thanks for always bringing my family yummy food and big smiles!
