I was just there and stood at the counter for 5 minutes and was never recognized by the employee standing there. never said: “I am right with you.” nothing! the worst. I'm gone!

These diets are the slowest diets I've ever had. there is always a huge line and if there are two people working over the employees, always sends the other employee in the back to do something. she has not helped with the line she has just to do that which is not important. and crazy too slow

Not sure what happen but poor customer service almost every time.

How is it that a Starbucks, free standing or in a store, doesn't have ANY brewed coffee at 9:45 in the morning?
