Taco Bell - Henderson

Usually Taco Bell is excellent, but this time they seemed to be confused by a random person cutting in line ahead of the writer, resulting in a longer wait.

Normally, I would give this restaurant a 7 out of 10 rating, but today was a disappointment. I ordered the Nacho-Fries and received regular fries instead. The fries were not fresh, they were cold and old. Even after waiting, they did not improve in quality.

Today is Thursday, December 15th, 6:50 pm. We only had the worst meal ever. We ordered 4 meat tacos supreme and 2 burrito supremes. Everything was ice cold and there was no meat in both burritos. The quality of the food has been getting worse and worse, and based on our last few orders, we will never be eating here again.

I just want to say this is one of the best customer service experiences in every taco bell. the entire process was quickly and efficiently welcomed. kudos to the car-dru type. the food was good. very friendly staff. food: 4/5

Went through drive thru and ordered mexican pizza and was told they are out of them so we ordered different combos and a couple extras off the value menu. Sat in drive thru for quite a while before getting to the window. Worker handed us our drinks first with no straws and then food. When we got home the 2 burritos we ordered extra was not there and there was no hot sauce either. This has happened several times in past and now we make sure we check everything before pulling away..
