If I need to lose a few pounds, Taco Bell is the place to go!

I typically visit this restaurant after work and have always had a pleasant experience until today, when I found a hair in my food. The staff seemed quite anxious, likely due to a person named Causer who was observing everyone. Instead of helping customers with their orders, Causer was busy guiding someone through the kiosk ordering process. I really think he should stick to working in the office. This made the whole experience quite awkward. I've usually received good service here, but I hope I won't have to encounter that Causer guy again in the future.

We placed our order through the drive-thru, and the staff member who took our order was incredibly nice, courteous, and a pleasure to speak with. Date of visit: 11/19/2023. Parking: Convenient access.

Do you all just not have any hot sauce? Or do you all just like ruining my night? The last 7 times I've ate here last week not once did I receive hot sauce. You guys gave me Fire sauce and Diablo.

The single worst fast food experience of my life... ordered a crunch wrap Supreme... literally had a small tablespoon of meat... and a gordita.. if it is humanly possible this one had less than half the meat... we got a good laugh of how incredibly bad we had been ripped off and looked at the in-n-out burger in the same parking lot and cursed ourselves for not spending our $14 on 2 double doubles instead of these insulting jokes.... just uterly insulting and awful... God have mercy on their souls for serving this meatless slop....
