Contribuisci feedbackThis could be an amazing place to eat and get a big smoothie if not for the employees. the business has a big thing that was to the point I thought was a franchise. but the Stephanie site is the worst. I live close, so I go. but I have reduced my visits every day to twice a month. I never know how my favorite smoothie tastes because it depends entirely on who does it. I observe, they prepare food and it shakes me out because they pull up their pants, touch their faces, kartoffel chips etc. and not wash their hands before they prepare food again. they use the same knife to cut sandwiches over and over without purifying it. I wonder if they use the same day without cleaning it. I stopped ordering food a long time ago. the service can sometimes be slow with lines and employees who act as if they did not see that they are waiting to give their order, and they can sometimes be a little rude when they have a problem with something. sometimes I bless a smoothie, but the idea of telling them that it is not right and made it new makes me just change my mind about going. they need better management.
We were looking for an alternative to the usual places. Being vegan limits the options, they did not have any alternatives to yogurt. No coconut milk, no oat milk. We were able to get creative to get a couple good smoothies. Detox Island Green is fairly tasty. We modified the Mocha Madness to switch out chocolate with peanut butter and it was a good alternative. Sadly....will be returning to the usual places for the variety.
Me and my wife where here earlier today, we have noticed that the staff was all in the back chitchatting and the floor s and the counters and tables where dirty! The staff did not have anyone in the front for the 1st 5mins of us walking in to order, the music was loud and the staff looked as if they did not want to be there sad to say it's the closest one to us. Hopefully they can step up and make a change.
The workers are so rude unprofessional using cuss profanity words. The person working the cash register seemed annoyed ? and angry Didn’t ask me how my day was going well I was taking my order. Slow service Waited for 15 mins I ordered my smoothie to go. Once I got it I just left Wasn’t very impressed. Gonna take a break from coming to This location until they hire people who are professional enough showing proper good attitude in a workplace environment.
I really love the salads and smoothies here. Even the other food looks good and a healthier option. However, there seems to be something wrong consistently everytime I order. The first time I ordered I got the Thai Chicken salad and dragonfruit smoothie but missing the sweet potatoes. Not too much of a big deal since mistakes happen. Next day, I ordered the same Thai Chicken Salad again with sweet potato side and the Green Detox Smoothie only to get a different order. Instead of the salad, I got it in wrap form. I cannot blame the workers since they could have gotten confused by the name Thai Chicken being in either the salad or wrap. I ordered in the UberEats app so I get the pictures along with the name. I'm not sure if the workers see the same thing or just Thai Chicken. All in all, either please be careful with the orders or please make the name for Thai Chicken more distinctive between the salad and wrap that way the workers don't get confused. Example call it Thai Chicken Salad for salad and Thai Chicken Wrap for wrap on the app.
