Wendy's - Henderson

How is Wendy's going to be out of chili?? The math isn't mathing.

Food taste funny, when it's even edible. Order is always wrong, wait in drive-thru was ridiculous. Sat outside 26 mins waiting on small order while 3 employees came outside to smoke. Would not recommend this place at all.

This is the 2nd time I've been to this location and should have learned my lesson the first time. If you visit this location plan to spend at least 10 minutes in the drive through this visit today I spent 21 minutes. Then when you finally order your food they will likely be out of almost everything and the manager isn't competent enough to maintain supplies needed or to put out of stock signs on the drive through menu to save his team the inconvenience of having to continually say sorry we are out of that. During both visits my food was undercooked soggy and not edible. Tossed $10 worth of food in the trash.

This Wendy 's is always fast when it comes to getting the food out and especially in the drive thru. The food quality is good here, I just gave 4 stars due to the pricing, and all of the Wendy 's no longer really have a value menu. All those items have gone up, and the sandwiches that used to be a part of that menu are the same cost as a meal sandwich bought separate now.

They messed up the order the wait time took over 45 minutes. The manger was rude when I told her I was charged for the wrong sandwich. My order was a large chili and $2.69 chicken sandwich. I was charged $11.96. After she gave me my refund she told the workers I changed my sandwich which was not true. They gave me a old cold chicken sandwich. So I will not be going back until they can get their act together and not be rude and get orders right. So I give Wendy's on green street in Henderson Ky a one star for bad service and old bad food.I won't be back any time soon. I was very unsatisfied with the service and food.
